 26th year anniversary!A & S Engineers is celebrating its 26th year anniversary! Yes, 26 years is quite an accomplishment being a minority/woman owned engineering small business but we've been fortunate to partner with great people to work on amazing projects throughout the years. Cheers to the future! |  New projectWe won a 3 year contract as MEP Engineer with Sonoma County in 2025 and are currently working on a library project, within the county, that includes HVAC and Lighting Control Design. |  Recently CompletedWe partnered with DES Architects to complete MEP Engineering Design for UCSF's Koret Vision Center. The scope involved ADA upgrades and we submitted 100% Construction Documents for UCSF review. |  Recently AwardedA&S in partnership with Sidell Pakravan Architects have won a contract with the City of Novato for renovations to their police station. We will be the MEP Engineer of record. |  8th Annual Collaborative Partnering AwardsA&S in partnership with the San Francisco Rent Board and Real Estate Division were recognized and awarded for our collaborative work on the San Francisco Rent Board TI project we completed in 2024. |

 New Project!DLR Group & A&S Engineers have partnered to complete several parking garage assessments for San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency (SFMTA). We are excited to get started! |  Recently AwardedA&S was recently selected as the Commissioning Authority for Building 40 High Bay 1 located at the Naval Base in Point Loma, California. We are excited to begin and partner with Herman Construction Group. |  Awarded SFO MEPF ContractIn 2024, A&S Engineers won an RFP with San Francisco International Airport for a 5 year As-needed Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection Engineering Services Contract. We are going full steam ahead working on new construction and renovation projects while leading our design team as the Prime Consultant. |  Recently CompletedWe teamed up with our long time partners, DSK Architects to complete Mechanical and Electrical Engineering design for De Anza College Bottle Filler project in Cupertino.  A&S Project Meetinggoing over this week's plan of attack! |  Clark Strategic Partnership Program Graduate!Our Marketing Director, Evelyn, represented A&S in Clark Construction's 2024-2025, 8 month Strategic Partnership Program that helps the growth of small businesses. A&S demonstrated professionalism and willingness to learn/apply the information received to improve our woman-owned small business. We are fortunate to have graduated and made great connections with the Clark team! |  Recently awardedA&S broke new ground last year with the opening of a new office in San Diego! Our expansion to San Diego paid off as we recently won the Various Engineering Services RFQ in Chula Vista for Sweet Water Union High School District. |
